- How much will service purchased with Professional Installation cost?
- The cost of service for each product is indicated on the product page.

- How does the process work?
- Once you purchase a product with Professional Installation, we immediately notify our network of certified shops and technicians. A local shop or technician will be assigned to your installation order and will contact you within 24 hours after your product has shipped to schedule an appointment. Shops or technicians typically perform installations between 8 AM and 6 PM throughout the week. While we strive to have mobile technicians available in all areas, some locations may require customers to visit a local shop at no additional cost.

- How quickly can I expect my Professional Installation once I receive my product?
- The timing of your professional installation depends on several key factors, including the availability of nearby installers, such as mobile technicians or auto shops. It will also be influenced by the technician’s schedule or the shop’s availability in your area.

- How should I prepare for my Professional Installation appointment?
- In preparation for your appointment, please ensure that your product has arrived as expected and is ready for installation. Confirm that it is the correct product and that no parts are visibly damaged. If your installation is being done at your home, make sure a person 18 years or older is present for the entire appointment. As a courtesy, and if applicable, please inform the technician of any special parking requirements, such as “No Parking” days for street sweeping. Additionally, for the safety of both your pets and the technician, kindly secure any pets away from the installation area.

- What if my Professional Installation requires extra services or parts?
- Occasionally, additional parts or service work are required for installation. This occurs in an estimated 10 percent or fewer of Professional Installation appointments. If this happens during the installation, your technician will let you know that additional work is required. You will also be notified and informed of the cost of the additional work if any. You can then decide if you want to proceed with any additional services.
The purchase of the Product(s) together with installation is powered by the Professional Installation option. If you choose to use Professional Installation, you will be asked to acknowledge and agree to the Universal Terms and Conditions prior to checkout. All On-Site Services are sold and provided to you by a third party technician that participates in the Bestek network and is certified to service and/or install the Product(s) you have purchased.
